Job Responsibilities

  • 7+ years of technology delivery and relationship management experience with a client organization
  • 5+ years of people management experience delivering technology services between one or more internal technology organizations and medium to large internal lines of business
  • Responsible for leading cross functional/virtual teams to strategize, plan and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives that are larger in scope and complexity
  • Provides leadership to other consultants in the integration/implementation of programs/services/initiatives with cross functional business partners, recognizing the significance of competing priorities and strategies, and adjusting as necessary
  • Develops metrics and tracks/evaluates performance of programs, services and initiatives
  • Ensures plans/programs adhere to appropriate policies and regulations
  • Collaborate, influence and enable teams to align with target state for Managed Resource rationalization goals
  • Governing compliance of defined polices & procedures
  • Support inquiries from LOB partners on policies
  • Analyze LOB staffing environment and guide towards alignment with the goal
  • Manage relationship with vendors and do health assessment, with consequence matrix
  • Support various reporting/metrics for MRS portfolio

Job Requirements

  • Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
  • Problem solver adept at driving issues to solutions and gaining alignment from several stakeholders
  • Experience creating and presenting executive level briefings with metrics, dashboards, etc.
  • Experience delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Experience dealing with internal customer interactions, problem solving in rapidly changing environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of managed resource processes and policies
  • Knowledge and understanding of strategic roadmap coordination and development
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Willingness to work in US Daytime schedule
  • Bachelor degree is required
