ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Carries out the recruitment process from paper screening, testing to final interviews.
Creatively reaches out to both active and passive candidates through various recruitment channels to meet staffing needs.
Recommend ideas and strategies to improve recruitment programs.
Maintains the work structure by creating, assessing and updating job qualifications and functions for assigned positions.
Maintains candidate records and documents all interactions in the applicant tracking system.
