Job Responsibilities

The Senior Recruitment Specialist will improve and implement Transec’s end-to-end recruitment process.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Carries out the recruitment process from paper screening, testing to final interviews.
Creatively reaches out to both active and passive candidates through various recruitment channels to meet staffing needs.
Recommend ideas and strategies to improve recruitment programs.
Maintains the work structure by creating, assessing and updating job qualifications and functions for assigned positions.
Maintains candidate records and documents all interactions in the applicant tracking system.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
At least 4 years of experience in recruitment; must be in a BPO setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Has great behavioral interview skills.
Exposure in passive recruitment is a huge plus.
Must have proven longevity with past employments (not job hopper).
