  • Answer inquiries of home-based online English teachers based in the US via call, email, or chat
  • Assist teachers in resolving concerns related to their lessons, attendance, tools, and teaching materials
  • Monitor the performance of teachers and coach them if necessary
  • Expect 80% non-voice duties like email and inquiries, and 20% voice duties


  • Salary is at Php 20,000 – Php 25,000

  • Organize incoming data within the BackCheck database
  • Disseminate information to respective departments
  • Notify clients of missing or incomplete files
  • Initiate criminal and credit history checks
  • Scrutinize and analyze incoming files for completion and inconsistencies

  • Candidate must possess a degree in any field
  • Candidates who are graduates of a medical-related degree or have completed 2 years in college must have at least 1 year experience in the BPO/call center industry
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute
  • Strong attention to detail and listening skills
  • Fresh graduates or those who have less than 5 years of work experience are encouraged to apply but candidates with 10 years or less work experience are also welcome
  • Willing to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig City

  • Provide client care and respond to inquiries
  • Analyze database for accuracy and completion
  • Investigate and confirm reference credibility
  • Update reference contact information within database
  • Contact HR departments to obtain a comprehensive employment verification
  • Contact Records Department of schools and conduct background screening services by verifying education details
  • Conduct reference interviews to examine and verify applicants’ general performance in their previous work
  • Update database and complete verification report
  • Other duties as may be required

  • At least 2nd years in College with at least 6 months customer service experience in BPO
  • Candidates that are a Bachelor’s degree holder need not have any call center experience
  • Must be willing to start on June 12, 2017 or July 3, 2017
  • Willing to work in McKinley, Taguig City
  • Willing to work at night, do shifting schedules and holidays
