Customer Care Representative
Requirements:
Educational Attainment: At least 2 years in College
Must have at least 6 months of professional experience
Industry experience : Any BPO Accounts, Preferably Healthcare accounts (Aetna, Cigna, Humana, UHG, HCSC, Anthem) either provider/member services, customer care;
Must be voice support
Willing to work in BGC
What we offer:
Salary is up to 19K basic plus allowance
Weekends off
HMO plus 2 dependents on day 1
Plus quarterly performance incentive.
