Customer Care Representative

Requirements:
  • Educational Attainment: At least 2 years in College
  • Must have at least 6 months of professional experience
  • Industry experience : Any BPO Accounts, Preferably Healthcare accounts (Aetna, Cigna, Humana, UHG, HCSC, Anthem) either provider/member services, customer care;
  • Must be voice support
  • Willing to work in BGC
What we offer:
  • Base: Php 25,000 - Php 29,000
  • Non-taxable Allowance: 2,800
  • HMO: Effective Day 1 (2 dependents covered; effective on Day 1)
  • 15 Vacation leave (5 carried over the ff year; 5 convertible to cash) and 10 Sick Leave (convertible to cash)
