  Customer Care Agent

RESPONSIBILITIES :

RESPONSIBILITIES :

The Specialist is responsible for basic, complex or advance functions of Order Management and for executing job duties with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Experience :

  Pricing Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Responsible for the implementation, maintenance and quality control of all pricing. Demonstrates strong time management skills to effectively accomplish assigned tasks. Ability to probe for reconciliation of billing error reports. Demonstrate strong knowledge of pricing calculations on different levels for product and customer pricing.

REQUIREMENTS :

Summarize the minimum kinds of knowledge, skills and abilities required to do this job: Moderate to advanced skill level with Excel, Word, Power Point, and Visio.

Experience with Business Objects (Magellan) helpful. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required Project demands require long hours (overtime) for stretches of time. Some domestic travel may be required.

  • Education: Formal education or training required such as degrees, courses of study, certification: Bachelor Degree in Business, Statistics or related field.
  • Experience: less than 1 year experience in Marketing and/or Finance. Preferably in Pricing.
