  Outbound Customer Contact

  • Responsible for all account management, selling activities, sales goal achievement, as well as handling customers’ transactions. Basic to moderate functions of Order Management with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Provides assistance and support to other customers and members of the Sales Team.

  Sales Coordinator

  • Sales Transaction; Order Entry; Order Management
  • RESPONSIBILITIES : Associate is responsible for basic to moderately complex functions of Order Management and executing job duties with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. In addition to servicing the customer, the Associate provides assistance and support to other members of the Sales Organization and Sales Support Teams, and Management. The Associate organizes and sets priority of their assigned order entry workload for efficient execution. When appropriate, escalates issues and orders to a senior members of the Sales Organization and/or Management.
  • REQUIREMENTS : 2 years of University education (BA/4 year degree preferred) OR Work experience equivalent. Experience: 6 to 12 months previous sales/customer service experience is preferred. Moderate to advanced personal computer and keyboarding skills. Basic to moderate knowledge of MS Excel required. Possesses a high degree of confidence and positive attitude. Effective oral and written English communication skills. Communicate effectively by telephone, email and chat and in group meetings and discussions. Ability to give and receive information accurately.

  Pricing Analyst

  • Responsible for the implementation, maintenance and quality control of all vendor/product pricing. Associate must exhibit proficient use of resources and systems on data gathering and analysis in order to resolve margin related problems. Demonstrate strong knowledge of pricing calculations on different levels for product and customer pricing. Process pricing requests and generate reports and analysis for vendor line owners, sales associates and country counterpart analysts for optimization. Respond or initiate outbound calls with customers if needed. Prevent customer returns by ensuring accuracy of solutions provided. Provide clear and precise information to the customer and help them attain the target margin for specific product or vendor line.
  • Perform simple to moderate analysis of reports and interpret the data for others. Explain variances and be able to identify market trends and make recommendations.
  • Demonstrates strong time management skills to effectively accomplish assigned tasks. Demonstrate initiatives to handle and complete projects.
  • Ability to probe for reconciliation of billing error reports.
  • Exhibits strong ownership and accountability in mailbox and all tasks assigned.
  • Strong attention to details and adhere on all updates/changes on process.
  • Attend all scheduled meetings and trainings for process calibration. Initiative to work on new task/project with SME/trainer guidance. Participate in vendor line/products and process updates.

  • Moderate to advanced skill level with Excel, Word, Power Point, and Visio. Experience with Business Objects (Magellan) helpful. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills required.   Technical Support Specialist

The Technical Support roles act as the primary point of contact for providing end-user technical support and fulfilling customer support requests. Technical Support is responsible for solving each customer‘s technical issue in an efficient, prompt, and courteous manner in a fast-paced service environment. Technical Support will help identify common issues, work with Supervisors/QA teams for solutions, and help update the existing FAQ database. Technical Support is provided to customers by phone, email, online chat, and fax.

  • Servers, Storage, Networking, Hardware and Software products support

  • Uses knowledge to inform and educates resellers to further assist the sales process.
  • Requirements: Education: Minimum AA degree or 2 years of University studies preferred or Job Experience equivalent. Technical certifications and /or Bachelor’s degree in computer related studies helpful. Experience: 1-5 years related experience in help desk, network technician, technical sales or customer service required.
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of hardware or software. Skill in: keyboarding, MS Office Suite (Word & excel), time management; good written and verbal English communication skills; excellent listening skills; good comprehension skills. Ability to learn complex proprietary systems; to work as team member or independently. Must be able to work flexible hours as needed.

 Web Designer

  • RESPONSIBILITIES : The Web Designer role is responsible for designing, building websites and constructing web pages that accurately reflect client identity, objectives and goals. The position understands web design challenges, including browser and cross-platform compatibility, ensuring over-all quality and client satisfaction. The Senior Web Designer produces a consistent visual image on the websites including maintenance of templates and image archives.
  • Conceptualizes, designs and create web or media presentations, print materials, web graphics and email. Implements and tests developed presentations on HTML and CSS. Converts graphical and/or PSD designs into webpages email.
  • REQUIREMENTS : Knowledge of: HTML, CSS and AJAX RoR based websites and applications. Subversion Source Control Linux/Unix operating systems. Basic knowledge of Java and action scripting. Strong communication and interaction skills MySQL development skills. Excellent Flash development skills. Excellent skills using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, ImageReady, Dreamweaver and Flash Excellent. Ability to do Test Driven Development with emphasis on the presentation layer Hand code HTML and use Dreamweaver for building websites.

  Supervisor / Team Lead

  • The Supervisor/Team Lead is responsible for promoting and supporting the department/company goals and objectives to assigned work team.
  • Provides input and feedback toward decisions involving hiring, performance reviews, one-to-one’s, promotions and corrective action. Essential in planning team goals.
  • The position ensures that work is processed within department standards.
  • Provides coaching, development and issue escalation support to their direct report and subordinate teams on a daily basis.
  • Partners with internal and external customers and stakeholder for timely and efficient resolution of requests.
  • The Supervisor/Team Lead has advanced knowledge of the responsibilities of a their business function whether it be Finance Services, Customer Service, Sales, Technical Support, etc.
