Job Responsibilities

  1. To perform administration support relates to operation reporting (daily, weekly, monthly report) as well as other admin support related follow timeline given.
  2. To manage other internal reporting such as: attendance tracker, petty cash, office supplies requisition, etc.
  3. To manage HR documents for on-boarding and off-boarding.
  4. To manage schedule of messenger, and ensuring the schedule is to be followed as per required by Client.
  5. To perform filing of hard copy and soft copy file orderly.
  6. To manage office inventory as well as other general support as per required.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum Diploma’s Degree
  2. Prior experience in back office work is preferable
  3. Detail oriented and well organized
  4. Good eye vision and working speed
  5. Good computer literature especially in Excel and familiar with Excel Formula such as Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot
  6. Thorough /accurate
  7. Good typing skill
