Job Responsibilities

  • Monitoring CI’s Team performance on daily basis
  • Submit daily team performance report
  • Ensuring the daily performance meets the clients' expectations.
  • Supervise team for target achievements, including determining strategies.
  • Analyze Team Performance against the monthly set target, and coordinate with Team Leader in determining the individual development plan, follow to obtain approval from Project Manager.
  • Develop team in regards to skill improvement, motivation, teamwork, with the goal of agent retention as well as productivity improvement, etc
  • Arrange regular meeting with Team to review CI’s Team performance
  • Communicate to Project Manager for any issues or improvement initiative.
  • Strive to reach the target and do the best for company.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
  2. 1-2 years ‘experience as a process Manager
  3. Good analytical skills, proactive and results-driven, detail oriented
  4. Good computer literature
  5. Demonstrate good leadership and communication skills
  6. Positive working attitude
  7. Ability to organize and influence effectively
