Job Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Supervisor will take charge of expanding and enhancing the digital footprint of the company's brand and product offerings using programmatic, social media, and other digital marketing tools and techniques.

As the Digital Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for:


  • Develop and execute of digital marketing strategies and tactics to increase brand and product awareness and to improve leads generation
  • Identify, test, and use the applicable digital advertising trends and tools that will help increase website traffic, engagement, and conversion
  • Assist in the website UI/UX design and page content development and management
  • Ad-spend planning and forecasting
  • Team performance management (i.e. Digital Marketing Specialist, Content Manager) 


  • Develop and execute brand and product awareness campaigns using various SEO/SEM, database marketing, Social Media and display advertising tools and channels
  • Monitor, measure, and report channel and campaign performance against budget and business goals (KPI/ROI)
  • Conduct website and campaign analytics and share timely insights, recommendations or action points to help optimize user experience and/or conversion
  • Coordinate and closely work with existing and/or new partners or vendors to identify, test, and use of new media channels and tools


  • Manage the digital content development, curation, optimization and management strategies and activities via the company websites, Social Media accounts (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn), and other affiliate-marketing partners
  • Manage the digital community relationship development, content moderation, and inquiry managemen

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Marketing, Commerce, Information Technology or the equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 yrs. experience in a digital management position for B2B and/or B2C market(s)
  • Experience with website design and development, product development, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development will be an advantage
  • Comfortable in conducting keyword research, link building, rank checking and use of various website and Social Media analytics tools
  • Having or familiarity with traditional marketing will be an advantage
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and a strategic thinker who can execute tactical action items on the fly or develop long-term and sustainable programs
  • Strong time and project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple concurrent projects
  • Highly flexible and able to manage ambiguities
  • Reasonably sound leadership and management skills and competencies
