Job Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Project Implementation

  • Install
    and configure hardware (Servers & Desktops) and software (Windows, SQL,
  • Install
    and configure network.
  • Install
    and configure telephony system.

2. Project

  • Monitor
    and maintain contact center system and network which include implement changes
    to IT system.
  • Troubleshoot
    contact center system and network problems which include hardware or software
  • Provide
    support, include procedural documentation and relevant reports such as routine
    IT check list, SLA Report and handover recording and database to client if

Job Requirements


  1. Minimum bachelor’s degree from Information and Technology background.
  2. Good knowledge in IT network.
  3. Good knowledge in database management such as SQL.
  4. Good communication skills in written and verbal (English).
  5. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Minimum GPA 3.00 (scale of maximum 4.00).
  7. Has experience in IT Support work (Minimum 2 Years).
  8. Good knowledge and computer skills (software and hardware).
