Job Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact when doing the call-outs given by the Sourcing Specialists.
To be able to tap/call different leads per source
To be able to accomplish the tasks given by the Sourcing Specialists on a daily basis.
To experience how to sourcing potential candidates on various channels.

Job Requirements

Must be a college student, preferably taking up Mass Communications, Marketing, Human Resources or Psychology courses.
Average - Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Shows the ability to learn new skills and adapt to new processes
Demonstrates strong attention to detail
Must render at least 200 hours of the on-the-job training.
Must be amenable to work in a BPO setting, under Sourcing department.
