One of our Projects, located both at Mandaluyong and Cebu, is in need of additional Desktop Support Specialists who can:

Perform advance remote PC/Mac/mobile devices/home technology diagnostic and repair, optimization, and setup of client devices; and
Effectively troubleshoot and support English speaking clients on latest devices/technology.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
Must have an excellent English Communication skills because work requires phone and chat support
Must be amenable to work in shifting schedule
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
Willing to start ASAP
