Job Responsibilities

  • Drive Customer Leads Generation
    Analyze product specifications, product pricing, customer segments, competitive landscape, and market opportunities.
  • For the assigned products develop strategic marketing plans and implement them across variety of web platforms utilizing efficient marketing technologies; keep detailed record of the strategy implementation.
  • Create and implement appropriate marketing content across multiple channels, including social media and, if needed, imaging and video, and more.
  • Be able to describe the value of the products within the marketing materials in such way that the products attract customers.
  • Participate in development of the sales tools that support the selling process of the products on our website.
  • Plan the launch of new products and manage the cross-functional implementation of the marketing plan.
  • Provide ongoing market intelligence be the expert on our buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria (including defining ROI for customers); be the expert on our competition and how to out-market them.
  • Develop customer success stories in cooperation with company management.

Job Requirements

  • Background in Marketing, Sales or Project Management.
  • Experience in implementing multiple channel initiatives.
  • Experience in Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in Monitoring and Analyzing Campaign results
  • Deadline Driven
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, project management and planning skills.
  • Self-starter who enjoys working in an interactive, fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative hi-growth environment.
  • 3+ years of experience in consumer product marketing.
  • 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing or data technology company, such as web analytic, advertising, display ads, targeting, etc.
  • Experience and familiarity with digital marketing technology solutions.
  • Experience penetrating target markets with demonstrated results.
  • Strong business acumen and customer focus are essential.
  • Experience promoting and marketing HR or any web solutions is a plus.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
