Job Responsibilities

Handles website /base rate vendorsManages data entry which
includes basic PO creation (RTV & Standard), ETA updates, Material
Maintenance (applicable to MY)Communicates with internal (IM) teams and
external stakeholders

General inquiries and research



·        
Data Validation



·        
Tasks that requires validation, research, maintenance and
transmission (vendor / task allocation dependent)



·        
Other administrative functions as needed and identified by the
rolePushing and pulling



·        
Direct Ship PO information between Sales, the Vendor, and the
Direct Ship Billing Team



·        
Pushing and pulling information regarding stocking orders and
existing inventory between the ALC’s, Purchasing, Sales, and the Vendor.



·        
Order maintenance on specific parts of stocking PO’s
