Job Responsibilities

  • Provide superior client technical support for search engine products
  • Troubleshoot, escalate and respond to product support requests
  • Complete Product Configuration (Feature Activation/Deactivation)
  • Identify and escalate product bugs to the Analytics Escalation Team
  • Educate the customers on product usage. from the basics to best practices mostly via emails/chat and phone calls. 
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product Management/ Specialists, Sales & Engineering teams to derive customer communications. product feedback, feature requests, and technical issue resolution to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. 

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of BS Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Information Management, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of extensive working experience in the customer experience field with direct customer support experience and a strong customer satisfaction record.
  • Familiar with different open source programming language (PHP, javascript, MySQL, HTML)
  • Ability to go beyond help center articles and understand the technical system to resolve client queries.
  • Ability to absorb complex technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience. 
  • Excellent English communication skills both oral and written is a must 
  • At least 1 year of experience in phone and chat support
